Taping Committee: We need people to manage the workshop and session rooms. You will be responsible for making sure taping releases are signed and collected. Make sure session speaker has a session format script. Support the taper as needed. While taping is in progress monitor the door to make sure it does not make noise as people enter and leave. Remind speaker to repeat questions from the floor. Use time remaining signs to indicate speaker's time is ending.

Communications Committee: Do you have, or want, web-site experience? We are planning a total overhaul of the Utah Soaring web-site. Region III Communications is working on a lot of support for the groups and intergroups. We are going to take advantage of their help in the coming year. We want to convert to a high-quality web experience with a lot of features for the fellowship and committees. The new web-site will be in either Joomla or WordPress and a lot easer to update and maintain than the current pure-HTML coded site. Or do you have suggestions.
